Eto’o Incident with Cesar
Samuel Eto’o already asked for apology to several sides after the hitting incident to Boasthan Cesar. But the strange this is that Eto’o did not include any specific apology to his victim. The violation were done by Eto’o to Cesar when Inter was competing with Chievo last weekend. During the game, the Inter defender attacked and hit the opponents’ chest. The incident missed the referee’s incident so Eto’o did not get any penalty when the game was on. But after, he still gets suspended and must pay a fine. In the process, Eto’o saying regrets for the inappropriate act. The Cameroon player did it through a statement from his agent.
“I would like to state my deepest apology to everyone that was shocked by my bad manner last week in Verona.” Said Eto’o.
In the apology statement which is reported by Reuters, Eto’o did not mention specifically of Cesar directly, who is his victim. Cesar himself still waits for Eto’o personal apology to him.
“My apology is for the protagonist figures in the game, to the referee that may not seen the violation because it was out of their views, but also to all of Inter fans and to all of the people that love soccer.”
“My apology also for the coach and my team mates, which I left, got 3 games in A Series. Lastly, I would like to ask apology from the President (Inter Massimo) Moratti, who is always trusted me,” said Eto’o
