The progress in computer made many computer manufacturer produce diversity models of computer according to the customers’ needs and desires. The latest technology of computer is the Tablet PC (personal computer). This is similar to laptop personal computer, but it is completed with stylus and in several model it is used with touch screen. The main idea of such product is for the sake of mobility PC. Tablet PC is as an alternative PC that featured the light and practice utility, this is comparing to notebooks, which usually heavy and not practical.

The Tablet PC was actually introduced in 2001 by the well know computer program Microsoft. That time this Tablet PC was described as a pen-enabled computer, which means it is able to write with pen on this Tablet PC. It is used the licensed of “Window XP Tablet PD Edition” as its operating system. This Tablet PC allows the users to install all of application and system of operating that are well matched.

Tablet PC is different from eBook readers or PDA, which with these things users are not allow install application and operating system. These are considered as other type. The closeness of sensing from stylus is what the Microsoft licensing mandatory. But later this mandatory was released with the publication of UMPC.
