How to Make Our Belly in Good Shape

The stigma happening everywhere is that good shaped body is beautiful and sexy. This forces everyone who follows this unproven notion to do many things in order to reach their goal. Moreover, for the one, especially women, who has big belly, they try consume a lot of medicine until put cloth in order to tighten their belly. Some facts show that some women are not successful at all to make their body slimmer by consuming instant medicine, even, their life ended in the hospital.

The best way to create a good body is by sport. Of Course! Going to Gym? It can be, but for the one who are lazy to go there can try this tips to make your belly in a good shaped. The best exercise to reduce stomach and thighs are called as stepping. Stepping means raising both legs in full (but do not tiptoe) up the stairs 20 until 30 centimeters high and then lower your legs as far as 20 until 30 centimeters (still the same, do not tiptoe) from the edge of stairs. Do as much as fifty times or five minutes and then rest and do it again. This is very beneficial to tighten the belly. If you want to make it better you can do additional exercise like a sit-up and stretch your body before and after exercise. That of course, again, those can be done at home. In addition to those exercises, you can manage your other habits like not sleeping after eating, drinking a lot of fresh water and avoiding fatty food will help you to support your exercises.
