“all countries should refuse to join the trade protectionism in all forms and manifestations and to encourage a positive outcome from the Doha Round negotiations,” Xinhua said, quoting China’s deputy prime minister, liangyu hui.

He called on developed countries and international organizations to provide financial assistance, technology, markets and capacity building assistance to developing countries.
